Variety description

The variety forms large fruits of a slightly asymmetrical shape. The skin is colored pink-red with a bright purple-red blush. The flesh is melting, the stone is difficult to separate. Inside the fruit, including the stone cavity, red pigmentation is observed.

The fruits possess a high sugar content of about 15 °Brix and are suitable for long-term storage. The variety is claimed to be resistant to major diseases and pests. Intended for fresh consumption, ripening in the Pyrenees occurs in late July — early August.

The variety was obtained within the framework of a breeding program from the parent form Sweetstar via open pollination.
