The fruits are medium to large in size. The skin is green with a light red blush. The flesh is white-green, with characteristic red veins under the skin and around the stone; the stone separates easily. The taste is sweet and aromatic.
Ripening occurs in the second ten days of September. The variety is grown primarily in the Piedmont region and is used for fresh consumption.
