The tree reaches a height of 3.5–4.5 meters. The fruits of Siberian C are small, slightly larger than an apricot, and have yellow skin and cream-colored flesh. Due to their small size and firm consistency, the fruits are more often used for processing into juices, jams, or for drying than for fresh consumption.
The plant possesses high winter hardiness and is capable of withstanding the conditions of zones 3–4 according to the USDA classification. The variety is productive and does not require specific fruit thinning. Due to its ability to retain its characteristics when grown from seeds, Siberian C is widely used as a seed rootstock.
