10 August 2026
The tree is medium-sized, reaching 3–5 meters in height, with a pyramidal or spreading crown. The fruits have a rounded shape with a pronounced suture, weighing from 150 to 250 grams. As they ripen, the skin changes color from burgundy to blue-violet and is covered with a waxy bloom. The flesh is yellow-orange, firm, the pit is small and does not separate from the flesh.
The variety is early-maturing; the fruits ripen in late July or early August. Fruiting begins in the 2–4th year after planting; the harvest holds well on the branches. The plant requires cross-pollination with other diploid varieties of Japanese plum that flower at similar times.
