The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Empress and Ruth Gerstetter. The fruits have purple skin and yellow-green flesh; their average weight is about 75 grams.
The variety is self-fertile and characterized by high yields; the fruits ripen in the first ten days of August. In experimental studies, the variety showed immunity to European stone fruit phytoplasmosis.
