The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and a spreading crown, reaching a height of 3 to 5 meters, although in certain conditions it can grow up to 10 meters. The plant is characterized by abundant fruiting and requires a moderate winter chilling period.

The fruits are large, heart-shaped, and covered with dark red skin. The flesh has a deep dark red color, pronounced juiciness, and a sweet taste with slight acidity. The variety has a universal table purpose and is suitable for fresh consumption, preparing desserts, and canning.

To obtain a yield, the variety requires cross-pollination. It is recommended to use other Japanese plum varieties, for example, «Santa Rosa» or «Satsuma», as effective pollinators.
