The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a spreading crown. The variety is early-ripening; fruit maturation in temperate climate conditions occurs at the end of June.

Fruits are medium-sized, weighing 40–50 g, with a heart shape and red-purple skin color. The flesh is yellowish-red, juicy and aromatic, suitable for fresh consumption and processing into jams.

The variety possesses good and consistent productivity. «Morettini 355» acts as an effective pollinator for other Japanese plum varieties, while for the variety itself, pollinators such as Shiro and Ozark Premier are recommended.
