The tree is distinguished by an open crown type and reaches a height of about 5 meters at the age of 7–10 years. The variety is characterized by high productivity and good tolerance to heat and moisture deficit after rooting.

The medium-sized fruits have universal use, suitable for fresh consumption and processing. The variety is partially self-fertile; for increased yields, cross-pollination with the varieties Santa Rosa, Billington, Burbank or Duff's Early Jewel is recommended.
