The tree is of moderate vigor and forms a broad pyramidal crown with vertical scaffold branches and horizontal lateral branches, reaching a height of 4–5 meters. The variety is prone to bare branches and canopy thickening, therefore it requires regular formative pruning.

The fruits are of medium to large size and have a pear-shaped, club-shaped, or bottle shape. The skin is rough, completely covered with golden-brown russeting. The flesh is yellowish in color, juicy, melting, sweet with a slight acidity and spicy aroma.

The variety is classified as an autumn variety; harvest maturity of the fruits occurs from mid-September to mid-October. The plant is sensitive to late frosts, prefers deep, fertile, well-drained soils, and does not tolerate waterlogging.
