CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The fruits have a characteristic elongated bottle shape. The skin is dry and rough, covered with a russet coating with spots. The flesh is white, juicy, melting, without stone cells.
The tree is of medium height with a late flowering period; fruits ripen in mid-September. The variety is moderately sensitive to late spring frosts and is prone to pear psylla infestation.
During propagation, the variety shows poor compatibility with quince rootstock, therefore requiring an interstock. It is a diploid variety; for a stable harvest, pollinator varieties such as «Вильямс» and «Аббат Фетель» are required.
