The tree of this variety is vigorous, forming a large pyramidal, sometimes acicular or rounded canopy. The variety is cross-pollinating; for fruiting, it requires the presence of pollinator varieties blooming at similar times. The crop is undemanding, but develops best in deep and warm soils in protected locations.
The fruits are small, with a mass of about 50 g, and have a pear-like shape. The thin skin becomes greenish-yellow upon ripening, with a brownish tan and red stripes on the sunny side. The flesh is greenish-white, tender, fine-grained, juicy, with a sweet taste and a spicy note.
The variety belongs to the summer maturity group; the harvest is collected in mid-August, and the fruits are suitable for consumption 10–14 days after picking. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for drying and making compotes.
