The tree has moderate vigor, enters the flowering period early, and requires a sheltered, warm, sunny location with high-quality soil. The variety is self-incompatible, therefore it requires the presence of pollinator varieties for crop formation.

Harvesting takes place in late September — October; the fruits are suitable for storage from November to February or until spring. The fruits have a blunt-conical, often asymmetrical shape and reach a weight of 200 to 600 grams. The flesh is yellowish-white, slightly granular, juicy, with a spicy taste.

Despite good winter hardiness, due to specific requirements for growing conditions, the variety is rarely used in commercial horticulture and is intended primarily for private cultivation.
