Fruits are harvested in late September or early October; consumer maturity begins in October or November and lasts until January. They have an ovoid shape, smooth yellowish skin, and potential russeting. The flesh is yellowish-white, sweet, with a distinct cinnamon or nutmeg aroma.

The tree is moderately vigorous, reaching a height of 2.5 to 5 meters. The crown shape of mature trees varies from rounded to pyramidal. The variety is suitable for various training systems, including espalier, and is characterized by regular high yields.

The variety is sensitive to cold during the flowering period, therefore requiring warm, protected sites. It prefers nutritious, loose soils without stagnant moisture. When storing fruits, it is necessary to consider the risk of storage scab infection.
