The variety forms a tree with vigorous growth and a slender, upright crown. Harvest maturity of the fruit occurs in mid-October, and consumption maturity lasts from December to February. The variety is characterized by high disease resistance.

The fruits are pear-shaped, often asymmetrical, light green in color, sometimes with an orange-red blush and prominent lenticels. The flesh is greenish-white, juicy, with a tart-sweet taste. The fruits are classified as a processing variety and are traditionally used for making wine, distillates, or drying.
