The tree is medium-sized, 3–3.5 m in height. At a young age, the crown has a narrow pyramidal shape, becoming more spreading as it matures and under the load of the crop. The variety shows compatibility with quince rootstock and is characterized by moderate growth vigor.

The fruits are large, weighing from 210–220 to 280 g (individual ones up to 500 g), of an elongated pear-shaped form. The skin is firm, shiny, and smooth. The flesh is buttery and juicy. Harvest maturity occurs in the second ten-day period of September. The fruits possess good transportability and are suitable for long-term storage.

The variety begins to bear fruit in the third year after planting. It is distinguished by high resistance to the main diseases of the crop.
