The period from emergence to technical maturity is 35–50 days. The leaf rosette consists of 6–12 leaves, reaching a height of 10–14 cm. The root vegetables have an elongated-cylindrical shape with a length of 10–20 cm, a diameter of 3–4 cm, and a mass from 45–80 g up to 150 g.
The skin of the root vegetable is red, the flesh is white, juicy, with a mildly pungent taste. The variety is distinguished by cold hardiness and the ability to be stored for up to 3–4 months. It is resistant to bolting, cracking, and pithiness of the flesh; however, under high temperatures and moisture deficiency, the root vegetables may become coarse.
