The variety is a compact bush with a height of 120–150 cm. The berries ripen from the beginning to the end of August and are gathered in compact clusters. To achieve a distinct fruit aroma, the fruits must reach full maturity, at which point they easily detach from the pedicel.

The plant possesses high endurance, winter hardiness, and drought tolerance. The variety is self-fertile. In addition to yield, the shrub is used for ornamental purposes due to its bright flowering and expressive autumn leaf color.
