The Sartai variety is a Lithuanian blackcurrant cultivar. It is officially recognized as part of the national plant genetic resources of Lithuania.
This variety is noted in publications as one of the most suitable for cultivation in the climatic conditions of Lithuania. Detailed morphological characteristics and data on the agrotechnical properties of the variety are absent in open systematized sources.
