The Militsa variety is a registered variety of white oil-bearing rose (Rosa x damascena Mill.) intended for industrial seed production. This variety is included in official registers of oil-bearing roses and is characterized by high seed productivity.
The York and Lancaster variety (Rosa damascena 'Versicolor') is an ancient garden rose, known since the mid-16th century. The plant bush is spreading, reaches 150–180 cm in height, and is characterized by good winter hardiness and average disease resistance.
The flowers of the York and Lancaster variety are semi-double, 6–8 cm in size, possess an intense aroma and unique variegated coloration, in which white, pink, and spotted buds appear simultaneously on the same bush. The flowering of this variety is once-a-season.
