Diamond Jubilee
ActiveRubus idaeus L. · Red raspberry
Vinson Peter Edward
10 August 2026
The variety is primocane-fruiting and belongs to the mid-early maturity group. The bush is tall, vigorous, and upright; the canes have sufficient stiffness to support the crop without mandatory trellising. The variety allows for two harvests per season: in June on previous year's canes and in August–September on current-season canes.
The berries have a mass of 7 to 8 g (in the range of 5–10 g) and are distinguished by a bright red color and glossy surface. The fruits are firm, which ensures good transportability. The variety demonstrates high heat tolerance and is suitable for commercial cultivation and the dessert market.
