The variety is a summer red raspberry with high vigor and productivity. The plant forms numerous, strong, and spreading canes covered with a waxy bloom and numerous prickles. Berries ripen approximately 10 days earlier than those of the parent variety Fillbasket.

In phytopathological studies, the variety is known for its high sensitivity to viruses such as raspberry yellow net virus and raspberry mosaic, which has made it an important indicator plant. Genetically, the variety is represented by lines A and B, the inbreeding of which can reveal recessive mutations affecting fruiting and lateral growth.

The variety is demanding of climatic conditions and requires protection during the winter period. At present, it is practically not used in commercial fruit growing and is preserved mainly in genetic resource collections.
