The Biforza variety belongs to late-ripening forms of raspberry, the fruit ripening period of which falls at the end of July. The plant is self-fertile and is valued for the good aromatic qualities of its fruits, which are of medium size.
In terms of agricultural technology, the variety has not been sufficiently studied; detailed descriptions of bush height or specific resistance to diseases are absent in open sources.
