The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing Sonoma and Loch Ness. Genetically, it combines traits of R. allegheniensis with the involvement of R. trivialis, R. argutus, and R. procerus species.
The plant forms a semi-erect bush with thornless canes. The berries are large, deep black in color, have a firm consistency, and good transportability. The crop ripens from mid-summer to late autumn.
The variety has a low chilling hour requirement, making it suitable for regions with a mild climate. It is intended for industrial cultivation for the fresh market and for use in further breeding.
