The variety was obtained by crossing the Zorro blackberry variety with a male breeding specimen. The plant is characterized by a semi-erect growth habit and a very early flowering period. Due to the low chilling requirement, the variety is suitable for cultivation in regions with a warm climate.
The variety is resistant to Fusarium wilt, while being moderately susceptible to powdery mildew and spotted wing drosophila. The berries have an oval shape, a deep black color, a glossy surface, and an average weight of about 4.2 g. The fruits are distinguished by their firmness, which ensures good transportability.
