The plant has a semi-erect habit. There are thorns present on dormant canes. The leaves predominantly consist of three to five leaflets.
The berries of the variety are distinguished by their large size, making them twice as large as the fruits of common blackberries. The produce is oriented toward the fresh market for consumption as a snack.
