Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is primarily intended for use as a green manure crop. Its main specialization is the control of beet cyst nematodes, as the pest's larvae cannot complete their life cycle in the plant's roots. When incorporated into the soil at the beginning of the flowering phase, it exhibits biofumigant properties, suppressing the development of soil pathogens, pests, and certain weeds through the release of glucosinolates.

The plant is characterized by rapid growth and active biomass formation, which suppresses weeds. The root system penetrates to a depth of up to 2 meters, which improves soil aeration and water permeability. The variety accumulates organic matter and nitrogen and serves as a honey plant. With autumn sowing, the plant dies from frost, leaving a protective mulching layer.
