The variety is intended for use as a green manure. Its application promotes rapid vegetation, soil erosion prevention, and improvement of soil structure due to intensive biomass growth and deep root penetration.

The plant possesses selective resistance to nematodes of the species Meloidogyne chitwoodi, Meloidogyne hapla, and Pratylenchus penetrans. At the same time, the variety is susceptible to the clubroot pathogen, which must be taken into account when planning crop rotation.
