Variety description

The variety is an evergreen compact shrub with fragrant white or yellowish flowers that bloom in spring. The plant's foliage is characterized by a glossy surface, and the crown maintains a bushy shape that is resistant to deformation.

As a male cultivar, the plant does not produce berries and is used to pollinate female Skimmia specimens. The shrub prefers to grow in partial shade in acidic, well-drained soils. The variety can be susceptible to Phytophthora and Armillaria.
