The hybrid belongs to the traditional Spanish Muchamiel type. During its creation, breeders aimed to preserve the characteristic taste and aromatic properties of the fruits while using genetic material to ensure resistance to diseases.

The plant possesses heterozygous resistance to three types of viruses: ToMV, TYLCV, and TSWV. The use of the heterozygous form was chosen to minimize the negative impact of resistance genes on yield and product quality.
