The variety is the result of selection by Dutch specialists and belongs to the early maturity group of potatoes. Genetically, it was obtained through the crossing of varieties Resy and Amaryl.
The tubers are distinguished by an elongated-oval shape and belong to the type with firm waxy flesh. The variety is characterized as a table potato and possesses resistance to nematode. When left in the soil, the tubers are capable of reaching large sizes, which allows the variety to be used for early harvesting.
