Plants of the Apolline variety reach a height of about 88 cm. The inner side of the flower corolla is characterized by the absence or very weak anthocyanin coloration. The light sprouts have an ovoid shape.

The variety is intended for use in the fresh market, export, and industrial processing, including for the production of starch, chips, and french fries. Quality indicators of the variety are being studied in the context of storage and dry matter content.
