Tubers contain about 16.1% starch and 17.8 mg% vitamin C, possess good taste qualities, and are suitable for table use, but are not recommended for the production of crisps or French fries.
Plants of the variety show susceptibility to late blight of leaves and tubers, however, they are capable of avoiding infestation due to the peculiarities of their vegetation. The variety possesses moderate resistance to common scab and medium resistance to blackleg.
