The variety was obtained by crossing the Agria and Obelix varieties. The tubers have a long-oval shape, the flesh is yellow or dark yellow, and the eyes are very shallow.
The variety belongs to culinary type Festkochend (A), characterized by a low tendency for flesh darkening after boiling and spot formation upon mechanical damage.
The potato combines rapid initial development with good long-term storage capacity. Early skin formation allows for early product marketing; the variety shows low to moderate susceptibility to late blight and common scab.
