The variety belongs to the mid-late maturity group. The tubers have a round shape with shallow surface eyes. The skin color is reddish, and the tuber flesh is yellow.
The variety possesses good keeping quality, allowing the harvest to be stored until spring. It is susceptible to late blight of foliage and tubers, while showing resistance to potato cyst nematode.
By culinary type, the variety is characterized as predominantly firm, maintaining its shape during boiling with a slight floury effect on the outside. It is a universal table variety suitable for frying, baking, boiling, and preparing mashed potatoes.
