The variety was obtained as a result of crossing T2532/64 and Red Cara. Tubers have an oval shape, shallow eyes, yellow flesh and red skin with characteristic yellow spots. The variety is intended for fresh consumption and French fry production.
The plant demonstrates stable yield and adaptability to arid conditions. The level of resistance to diseases on a nine-point scale is: common scab — 7, blackleg — 5, late blight of foliage — 4, powdery scab and late blight of tubers — 3.
