The plant forms a low bush with rapid canopy closure. The round-oval tubers have very smooth skin and shallow eyes. The skin has a light pink hue, and the flesh is white. The variety belongs to culinary type AB, with a starch content of about 12%.
The variety is resistant to Y-virus, potato cyst nematode (pathotype Ro1), common scab, and mechanical damage. Resistance to late blight is assessed as medium, and it shows susceptibility to potato wart. It has a long tuber dormancy period, which ensures good keeping quality.
Cultivation requires deep planting to avoid tuber greening and an extended period of pre-sprouting. The variety is undemanding regarding soil conditions, moisture levels, and mineral nutrition, and is suitable for early production under plastic covers.
