The variety forms round or round-oval tubers with yellow-white skin and white or yellowish-white flesh. Eyes are of medium depth. Flowers are white, and the base of the sprout has a blue-violet anthocyanin coloration.
The plant has traditionally exhibited resistance to late blight. Culinary type is floury. Currently, the variety is considered rare and is the subject of projects for the restoration and conservation of biological diversity.
