The variety is mid-late (early maincrop) and was obtained by crossing lines 85G040-080 and Valor. The tubers have a round or short-oval shape, a smooth texture, light cream skin and flesh, as well as shallow eyes.
The plant is distinguished by good resistance to blackleg and dry rot. It shows moderate resistance to common scab, potato leafroll virus, and potato virus Y, while being moderately susceptible to tuber late blight and somewhat susceptible to powdery scab.
