The variety was obtained by crossing the Ulster Glade and A25/19 varieties. Plants form rather tall bushes. Tubers are uniform, have light cream skin with characteristic red coloration around the eyes, and light yellow flesh. Eyes are of medium depth.
The ripening period is 100–120 days. Culinary type B, dry matter content is about 19%. The variety is characterized by high drought tolerance and resistance to mechanical damage. It possesses immunity to potato wart and potato virus X, and is resistant to late blight of leaves, scab, and nematode Ro1.
