Capri potato is a very early table variety. It features yellow skin and flesh color and demonstrates resistance to a number of diseases, including potato wart, nematode, and late blight.
The Prinz variety is an independent potato variety. Depending on the breeding, it is characterized as a mid-late variety suitable for processing into French fries, or as a Russian mid-season variety. There is no official data on the existence of a single variety named Capri (PRINCE (NL)).
