Tubers have an oval or long-oval shape with a deep red-purple skin color and shallow eyes. The cream-white flesh has a texture intermediate between floury and waxy. The plant blooms with pale violet flowers.
The variety belongs to the main crop. It is susceptible to tobacco rattle virus and has low resistance to slugs.
