The variety belongs to the mid-late maturity group and is distinguished by high yield, reaching 52.1 t/ha. The tubers are pale yellow in color and have an elongated-oval or oblong shape, with the variety being prone to forming large calibers.
The plant possesses resistance to potato wart and the nematode Globodera rostochiensis (ROI-4). At the same time, the variety shows moderate or pronounced susceptibility to late blight of leaves and tubers, common scab, and potato leafroll virus.
Florice potato is a universal table variety used for the fresh market and in breeding programs as a parental line.
