The "Гурман" variety is a mid-early table potato. The plant is semi-erect, of medium height. Tubers are oval-round with dark purple, slightly reticulated skin and flesh ranging in color from light blue to dark purple. The variety forms 12–14 tubers per hill and is intended for dietary nutrition.
The "Gourmandine" variety is an early variety of French breeding. Tubers are elongated-oval in shape with yellow skin and flesh. The variety is versatile in use and has a delicate texture; however, it has a short storage period of 1 to 3 months.
