The variety forms a large number of tubers in the hill. The skin and flesh are light yellow, eyes are superficial or very superficial. Dry matter content in the tubers is very low; the potatoes do not disintegrate when boiled, but may darken when fried.
The variety possesses resistance to potato cyst nematode, virus X, and is sufficiently resistant to virus Y. Moderately susceptible to common scab, susceptible to late blight and virus A. Has a short dormancy period, which results in relatively low keeping quality; sensitive to sprout removal.
