Tubers have an oval shape, red skin, and intense pink-purple flesh. Upon heat treatment, the flesh retains its color. The variety belongs to culinary type B (mealy), starch content is about 14–15%, dry matter content is about 20.5%.
The variety is late-maturing, characterized by stable yield and good keeping quality due to a long dormancy period. It possesses pronounced resistance to YNTN virus. It is used for preparing mashed potatoes, gratins, and boiled potatoes in skins, as well as for the production of chips.
