The variety was obtained by sexual hybridization of Sarpo Mira and Charlotte varieties followed by clonal selection. The plant is tall, erect, with a large number of stems and small green leaves. Flowering is weak, flowers have a purple-red shade.
The average yield of the variety is about 50 tons per hectare. Tubers are oval, skin is medium-red in color, flesh is light yellow.
The variety has medium resistance to potato virus Y and potato leafroll virus. It shows relative resistance to late blight of leaves and tubers, and is also resistant to potato wart (pathotype 1).
