The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Arielle and Sofia. The tubers have smooth yellow skin and light yellow flesh, belong to culinary type AB, and are slightly floury. The plant flowers are white.

The variety possesses resistance to potato wart (Wart disease F1) and golden potato cyst nematode (Ro 1,4), and is also characterized as having low susceptibility to late blight of tubers. The dormancy period of the tubers is short.
