The parent forms of the variety are numbers 34/36 and the Pirmūnės variety. The plants have a compact bush shape and purple flowers. The medium-sized tubers have shallow eyes, and the skin and flesh have a light-yellow shade.
The variety has good taste qualities and marketability, and is suitable for industrial processing. The tuber flesh contains low levels of sugars and does not darken after peeling or boiling. The variety shows resistance to late blight, potato cyst nematode, potato wart, as well as to blackleg, common scab, and rhizoctonia.
