Tetona is an F1 hybrid with vigorous growth and plant uniformity. The leaves have a smooth surface, a rounded shape and a bright green color. The plant habit type is upright.

The variety is high-yielding, suitable for cultivation as a main crop or for harvesting at a young age ("baby leaf") for salads. The leaves are suitable for harvesting over a long period.

The plant possesses high resistance to bolting and downy mildew, which is important for sowing in spring and autumn periods.
