The variety is characterized by large, smooth, and tender leaves. The plant is capable of reaching 60–70 cm in diameter. It is a fast-growing variety, with technical maturity occurring 40–45 days after emergence.

The plant is intended for spring and autumn sowing. The variety does not tolerate high temperatures well and is prone to early bolting as daylight duration increases.
